1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing it.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items received

  • Wrong item delivered

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • A valid reason for return must be provided (with photos if applicable)

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return reason is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page (such as hygiene-based products or customized orders).
